Snowshoeing with Boys & Girls Club

Description

We will spend a half day snowshoeing with kids from the Salida Boys & Girls Club. This multi-generational trip aims to build community, create new friendships, and teach each other about winter hiking. 

Location TBD depending on snow conditions, but will likely be in the Monarch Pass area.

Sign up by Jan 20. As we're with youth, all attendees will need to do a background check (free through CPW). 

Snowshoes are available - email gearlibrary@garna.org to reserve a pair. 


Start time is trailhead meetup time. While GARNA encourages carpooling, transportation to the trailhead is the responsibility of participants. All GARNA events begin and end at the trailhead.
